Housemates Lucy Pinder, Coolio, and Tina Malone were tasked with posing as paparazzi photographers in an all-night stake out, photographing visiting celebrities.
Dressed in mackintoshes and hats with press cards in the bands, the stars were ushered into a specially constructed 'press pen' in the garden.
They became so tired waiting, they nearly missed Michelle - who was raised over the fence of the house in a cherry picker.
Glamour model Lucy - who has posed for topless shots with Michelle - exclaimed: "Oh my god I can't believe you're here!
While Coolio and Tina both took photos of the star, Tina confessed she wasn't aware of her.
Tina said: "I don't who she is. But I'll take her photo anyway."
Coolio also infuriated the other two by threatening to rap all night to keep them awake.
He said: "I might just keep rapping every song I ever wrote."
The paparazzi task continues until 3pm today (08.01.09). The rules state two of the three photographers must be present in the Press Pen at any time.
Following her appearance at the house, Michelle stated her support for Lucy - who, alongside Ulrika Jonsson - is up for eviction tomorrow night (09.10.09).
Michelle, 26, said: "Lucy needs to stay on the shoe so she can show off more of her personality. She's been quite reserved though.
"Everybody thinks that because she's a model she walks around in a bikini at home - she doesn't. People need to know Lucy is a laugh and a ball to be around."
